[Resolved] Airtel / DTH TV — VERY-VERY POOR RESPONSE FROM AIRTEL

Sir,
I am not getting service from airtel.

One month before I shifted from Indore to Goa. I called in customer care for de-installation of Digital on 27/08/2010 and they had given me order no. 49048055 but after 4 days follow-up I did not got any service from Airtel so I de-installed digital TV my own, since that date upto now approx. 300 RS. charged and dabited from my account without any service.

Since last 3 days I am calling in customer care for re-installation of digital TV setup box but every time from customer care I am getting new time,new date and new compain number but I am not getting any service.Day before yesterday they had given me complain number 50941302 and told me for installation of digital TV engineer will visit next day but nobody visited so I called in customer care yesterday. From customer care they had given me one new complain number 4002314 and told me next day engineer will definite visit but today also nobody came. I am literly fed up.

I dont expect such type of eresponsible service from company like airtel.I am requesting you to kindly do the needful earliest possible.

MAHMOODGUDA, Mrs.BHARNISA BEGAM H NO:11-3-33/2, MAHMOOD GUDA, OPP:BEEF SHOP, WARASIGUDA,
SECUNDERABAD, CELL NO:[protected].

Airtel Coupon No:[protected], Pin No:[protected], ID No:[protected], same daycustomer recharged
of Rs:1000/- for activation, till today it is not installed.we call to Airtel call centre they said put mail to Delhi customer care
So Please solve the problem as soon as possible.
