Dear sir/mam,
i am manoj jain having airtel prepaid sim since four months.last few days my balance deducted outometicly.i was not used any mega masti pack.i have recive message from airtel no 54321.
and he charged Rs.7/-.three time.
I am complind the company costmour care no. but i am not seticfite thrie answer.
so kindly lookin this metter.

I am one of the Airtel service user. My complain is that Airtel has subscribed me for cricket pack which I have never subscribed and they are deducting Rs. 5 everyday. Continuously this amount is deducted from 3 days.

I have tried to contact airtel customer care, but the call is not getting connected to customer care executive. Even if it is connecting they are disconnecting the call after few seconds.

Without any permission from user or any intimation to user company can not subscribe to any such pack and can't deduct balance. I need my balance back and hope that the same will not happen in future.

and it happened while the phone was switched off. its a big cheat.

everyday my balance has to cut Rs 1... i have to call customer care and say why my balance has to cut rs 1 in everyday then they are say you have to purchase airtel live video and i was shock and say i did not any purchase of your airtel live video and they are also say one thing you have to purchase it so, i say please stop this but they are not intresting to any help so, now what will be i do? please help me out my phone no is [protected]
