[Resolved]  Airtel — Excess bill cheating culture in Airtel

Due to lot of dissatisfaction and cheating attitude of your representatives, I am forced to write you. That Airtel Services in Noida is more than worse.

Recently I have taken a connection No. [protected] on 30.01.2013 though Airtel Sector-58. After 3 days my services were stopped saying that some bill of 2 years back was due. I have shown all my emails and letter from Airtel showing that my full and final payment was already given in airtel. That time also, some representative came to my home gave me full and final payment letter and took cheque. That amount was credited in airtel account.

Now, when after some time when I have taken a new connection, they said we have disconnected your this connection because still some amount is reflected in our account, it is red tagged, etc.

I have a talk with Mr. Kunal phone number- [protected] , who apologies that we have verified our previous records and by mistake this are red flagged and due to that your line is temporary disconnected. You just pay some 270/- Rs. For your 3-4 days operational line charges, we promise within 4 hour it will be connected. Many times I told you send me some email, he said That I cannot send until you pay this outstanding 270/- . I was again cheated by Airtel people. When I called him, he gave call to some one else or maybe he cheated and name was also wrong.

If there was anything due at my part and it was red flagged or black listed..Why Airtel has given me new number/connection? Who will return my money that was taken for new connection? I have recorded voice of your representative and the number which is taken against airtel call centre at okhala-III new delhi, which can be produced in the court of law to prove that Airtel do cheating with its customer.

Still and I am getting messages and email for some more bill..you think one side it is disconnected another side sending bills..always Airtel does like this and after some time you people will say pay some more bill.

I appeal to all users that Never listen to any executive over phone get everything in writing from fixed email addresses.

Never get Airtel connection...

i am customer bharti airtel. i am using it's braoadband internet connection.they provide me phone whose number is [protected].i have blocked all calling facility of phone.In last month they accidently activated caller tune on my phone.The biil is of 17 Mar 2009-16 April 2009.on my complaint they deactivated it but charged caller tune rental and told me that this extra charge(Rs.33.09) will be deducted in the next bill.
But in the next month(Bill of 17 Apr 2009 -16 may 2009) they chager extra for caller tune and not deducted Rs33.09 in the bill .

so i want 66.18 rupees deduction in my bill amount.

dear sir i asked for mailing me my vas details usage, outgoing calls usage and other services usage to get updated abt my prepaid usage since 26 mar09 ttill date but no step has been take to mail me pls send me or else ill hav to use other forums to get it. pls mail my bill details for the period of 26 mar 09 to 13 june 09 by fast track

I have echarge Rs.340/- vide ID on.01.08.2009 id.no.[protected] but on 20th of August I found only Rs.
0.90 paise as main ballance. I have complain CC but they first ask to contact on next day at 7AM after I again contacted there reply was to contact after 48 hours.but till now I have not recieved any responce from CC and I ask to give me bill detail.My phone no. is[protected]. I hope that your authority will take care of this matter and take early action. incoveeence regreated.

Airtel — Excess billing after disconnection

AIRTEL sends xtra chareges after my brothers cell no ( [protected]) was deactivated due to poor services and bad call center experience. However full amt. payable was taken before disconnectionand now demanding more.
Nodal Officers and appelette nodel officers phone ie [protected] and [protected] are never answered.
Havent They paid bills for connection????????
TRAI SHOULD Lookin to these kind matters.

I want to reduce, I mean free of call charge from A2A but particular one number.

Bharti Airtel — Excess Charges in Telephone Bill

I'm M. Balasubramanian of the Consumer of Airtel since 2002 and my telephone No.[protected]. I have shifted my residence from Ammayappa Nagar to Canara Bank Colony effective from 2nd February, 2011, which the information was give through letter on 28th January, 2011 (to Thillainagar Airtel Office) with a request to shift my above telephone from the above date of 2.2.2011. But after several request over phone as well as in person to Thillainagar office the connection was actived only on 12.2.2011. But I have received the tele phone bill for the whole mpnth which should be only for 20 days, since I have not used from 2/2/2011 to 11/2/2011 due to their non activation. Similarly one charge was made for Rs.110/- stating as Premium Number, which the details were also not given, since for the past 8 years I am not using any extra numbers as mentined the Premium Number.

I'm happy to note that eventhough the charges for non operative 10 days has been adjusted but I have not received proper information for the charges of Premium Number for which I want the date of call and the number (premium number)

Bharti Airtel — unreasonable cell charge - Airtel, free website solicited call

I received a call on my cell phone (Airtel pre-paid) from Airtel for registering up a free web site hosting for the boardband service.

The caller walked through how to register the free website on my cell phone. (call received)

At the end of call (solicited), I was charged Rs. 32.00 on my pre-paid mobile phone.

This is an unreasonable charge on a phone call received. This is a total exploitation customer rights. And I am disputing this charge. I want get refund the same charge.

Though I have written compliant to [protected]@airtel.in, there is no refund so far.

Bharti Airtel — Charging Excess

Dear Sirs, I have been using the attached number from the past 4 years, last month I have converted my number to post paid from pre paid, I which they have charged 15,000/-(Fifteen thousand Rupees) Extra as platinum number, I have also registered a complain No: "41487851" at Airtel Customer Care on 09.01.2012, Then they call on to my number and asked to pay only call charges amount waving off the extra charges, after paying they are asking me to pay again Rs 15,000/-, From this people I have completely lost my communication from past 20 days, This people are misguiding the public and cheating us. If possible please help us.

Dear SirMadam,

I am surprised and shocked to see a excess bill for my Airtel phone number - [protected].

I have been charged huge amount towards my internet usage which is around Rs. 30,000 in a month which sounds unrealistic. I have been given a discount of around Rs 20,000+ on the same which also sounds too unrealistic.

I visited the Alkapuri Airtel outlet and they said that the amount chagerd are correct, when asked for a detailed bill on my internet usage i have been refused and stated it is not possible to provide justification for usage of Internet and have been asked to pay the amount which i refuse without any proper justification from your end.

I need to understand how a person can use internet worth Rs 30,000 from a cell phone in a month.

Today suddenly i again get a message that my outstanding amount is Rs 27,000 + which is again a heart attack to me.

Kindly provide a immediate solution on this.
