Hi i am Abhishek([protected]),,,And the reason for the complaint is to let u know how irresponsible and insane the executives of the Airtel Company are..
the issue dates back to the month of December and the issue is still not resolved...The issue is i was promised that the excess bill payed by me in the month of november will be refunded within 60 days from the date of payment(Not sure of the date but it was in the month of november)...i had called the executives more than 32 times i still have some of the call recordings where the executives promised me a date for the issue to be resolved and some even disconnected the calls.i was reached by a airtel executive after posting a complaint in this forum and was again promised refund and a prompt service and also assured me to call back after the issue is raised and the also said that the service request or the complaint number would be provided(Which wasnt done).....the executives name is Ashish Jain and after few days there was no reply or a call from the person to take care of my issue as promised and after again a few days i got a call from a lady executive and said that she needs to get in touch with the finance dept to get my money refunded and agin no calls or any reply from her...i am really depressed by the services provided by the executives and could u please let me know how to raise a complaint in the consumer court....and i would also mention this to airtel that i am an active blogger and i would make sure that this issue could reach more than 5000 people and i can also drag this on to media cause its a huge amount for me (1700 RS) AND HAVE SPENT EXACTLY 112RS AND 50 PAISE FOR GETTING IN TOUCH WITH THE EXECUTIVES AS I AM A STUDENT IM NOT EARNING ANY MONEY AND THIS AMOUNT WOULD HELP ME A LOT.AGAIN MY NUMBER IS [protected] AND PLEASE DO CALL ME BETWEEN 1:10 TO 2 PM OR AFTER 5 PM.....HOPE SOMEONE WILL GET IN TOUCH AS I AM VERY DEPRESSED AND WOULD APPROACH MEADI FOR THE ISSUE TO BE RESOLVED. AirTel — Refund for excess payment
My mobile number is [protected]. I converted my postpaid connection to prepaid connection last month in Airtel Center in Adyar. I had to pay the outstanding amount when the call and sms discounts were not included. I paid the full amount. They told me i would receive the balance amount (around Rs. 3311) after discounts is calculated through DD within 45 days.But still I did not receive any DD or calls from them regarding this. I am totally dissatisfied with this and I dont know whether I would be getting my refund.
