Bharti Airtel — forced activation of vas
Dear Sir, My Airtel prepaid mobile no. is [protected]. My problem is that the service provider activates different types of value added services on it without my consent. When I ask them to about it they blame me for that and reply that this service has been activated at your will while I never opted for the same. They stop the service activated on my request but after certain interval again some other service is activated without my consent. I am very much troubled. I went for MNP but they rejected my portability request. Now I am left with no other option than to change my number and throw away said prepaid SIM. Will any one help me?42%

Airtel / Customer Service — forced VAS
Dear sir,I have been charged Rs. 30 per month for "On Demand Service" by your company despite sending you an sms at [protected] towards the close of February, 2009, that I dont require the said service. I have therefore paid the bill for the period from 11 Feb to 10 March, 2009 after deducting the said service charge which was forced on me against my express wish.
In future, I shal appreciate if customers wishes are strictly respected.
