I have taken 2 Connections of Airtel FWP[protected] /[protected] Since begining I was having problem but somehow we managed... Later on We Cancel One connection[protected] on 3rd January and continued 1 connection of[protected]... I was also using Mobile No.[protected] but that was prepaid... later on I shifted from prepaid to post paid..
On 17.03.2008 my[protected] incoming and out going calls were barred due to non payment of[protected] and [protected] (As per the company Call center), that time I went to Airtel Gallery at Thakur Village for making payment of[protected] /[protected] ???? they checked in the system and said NO NOTHING IS PAYABLE ON [protected]... and line got started. Today (20.03.2007) I received call from the same office and asking for the payment of 950.00 (DEC.2006 HALF AND JAN 2007 FULL MONTH) I told them that that day (18.03.2007) when i inquire you said that nothing is balance on [protected] Now today how you are asking for the payment ????? they said that actually we have already paid your 950.00 to the company that is why it is not reflectiong in the system. but if you will not make the payment of 950.00 we will disconnect your mobile line [protected]... though I have letter from the company dated 08.01.2007 when I surrendered my instrument of FWP... Airtel Fwp — Connection not provided in spite of payment
Dear SIr,I had booked Airtel FWP connection on 19-Aug.-2006 at chembur airtel gallery. At the time of booking when I paid booking amount in cash I was given an commitment that connection will happen in 3 to 4 working days and till today connection has not happened inspite of my repeated reminders.
Only account number is allotted and billing started without providing handset as under-

Airtel wireless landline no- [protected]
I have not been given connection as of yet inspite of repeated reminders. A faulty non-functional hand set was provided to me after one month from booking date the connection for few days which I instantly returned on 30-Sept-06 for replacement. What ever marginal usage which happened was to test the handset and that also was by airtel chembur gallary. The keypad of handset was not working and also there voice was also not audible. When returned to chembur gallery I was assured replacement within 2 working days and they accepted their mistake and accepted the faulty handset.
I started getting bills and follow up calls and personal visits when the installation was not done.
I was cordinating with one Mr.Sandeep Phanse (Manager-FWP Biz) of Airtel. when on 14-12-06 I visited airtel gallery and I was assured of reversing all wrong and unfair bills since the payable amount was NIL and which happened.
He also assured me that he would refund my application money which has not happened yet nor i have got the connection .
Can you pl resolve this.
