Airtel GPRS — airtel Rs 61 gprs plan is not working

Hi, I like to share my bad experience for using AIRTEL GPRS. On 6th september I subscribed Rs. 61 pack for gprs internet pack that offer 25 Mb free daily usage for one month. First day I have faced no problem. But when I access next time a few days later then it costs rs 143 though my total usage were near 24 Mb. I contacted the gprs related customer care executive. He admitted that the deduction was done wrongly. He promised to refund that amount within 2 days. But unfortunetly I have not received that amount yet. Also whenever I tried to access the service late airtel charged me at 30 paise per 50 kb. But on that daty the customer care executive assured me to say that it will not happen again. But it is occuring everytime.
What is more embraacing to me is that i even couldn't able to talk to the customar care section. A machine reply comes"For billing information please sms Airtel to 121".

I faced similar problem few months ago.
I activated mobile office services on 15th January 2009. I forgot to deactivate it in that day. So automatically it continued to next day. Then I also used that service for that day. Then I dial *444*2# to deactivate it. But the message appears `` your request could not be processed now please try after some time”. Since then I tried to deactivate it but without success. I informed the customer care dialing 121. They first told me to try it often. They told me- it is happening due to server problem. On 18th January morning I again call the customer care and then they asked me to dial 12150 and tell my problem. Hearing my problem the attendant told me that I will get my money back within 20 minutes only of the 17th January because the credit for that day is not showing at that time. I got return of rs 35. Still I did not succeed to deactivate it. Finally I was able to disconnect it on 19th January, 2009 around 5.30 pm. Then I made call to the customer care several times to refund my money debited in the 18th and 19th January. They always told me that they are registering my complain and I will get my return soon even once they told me that I will get it within 2 hour. But Still I didn’t get that refund.
