[Resolved] Airtel — cheating & Adult content sent by Airtel

I am an Airtel user.
My number is [protected]
Airtel company cheats its customers like me by wrong deductions & also its the most worst company in the nation which provides ADULT CONTENT free of cost without permission from customer.

& also when I complained for the same to complain number 198; my number has been blocked by the Airtel company; now i can't talk to 198.

So this is the strategy of Airtel for their cheap profit; first deduct any wrong charges & then block the number for complain 198 so customer has to call to 121 & he will be charged with 50 paisa / 3 minute.

According to India's laws it is unethical.

Also it is offense to send vulgar & Adult sms to anyone.

For reference I have saved few of them

This is actually Mrs.Bharati's (owner of Airtel) fortune that I do not have sufficient time to submit this complain as JANHEET in the court.

First of all give my wrongly deducted 6.20 rupees back & release my number for 198.

I need your apology letter send by you to my home for sending Adult sms to me.

You can not send any vulgar & Adult sms to me.

So send me apology letter to my house in writing.

How can you send such vulgar sms which I am writing again for your knowledge

So the conclusion is Airtel is adult datting providing company.

Send me apology letter to my home for each of your vulgar msg sent to me.

Good Morning,

I am getting Service messages from Airtel daily and from last 4 days, Rs 5/- are being deducted from my prepaid mobile balance.

I would like if you can get that checked and resolve it as soon as possible.

The messages come from some hungamawap/airtel. When I checked on web, I found the similar complaints from many other customers also.

I would be obliged if you find the solution to the problem at the earliest.
