Sir,
I have recharged my airtel sim with 54Rs on 29th of December,2012 but haven't got the same reflected in my account.
According to the plans seen on there website, on recharge of Rs54 we get 175 local call but none were reflected in my account.
Infact, when I tried reaching the customer care for this issue, they barred my call and since then I cant reach the customer care personals.
I tried calling them with an another number, they barred that as well. May be the maintain a call block list.
And one more issue, I have been charged for data usage even though I have a data plan active on my number.
I have proof for both these cases:
1. I have a scene shot of there website for the earlier case.
2. I have a msg in my phone for the later case.
I would request to raise a complaint for the same, so that they responed to customers in a much matured way an don't neglect them.
This amount hardly bothers me, but still I want to teach them a lesson so that they'll be much responsible hence forth.
