as i am very old customer of airtel mobile i am very much angry with your hello tune service by dialing 678 no it was very much time cumsumeing to make customer fule to deduct the amount without giving any output. if you reallly care about your customer services you give toyour customer write way to download it.

yes the above complaints r correct ....customer care fully waste thing i have recharged my prepaid mobile with my ICICI bank a/c ....but didnt get my balance ....before this i have have recharged so many times but this time when i called to cutomer care n said i can give u transaction no.. and other details but i dint get my balance they said u will get shortly....after 6 hours i called again at 121 but one lady said ...there is a prob with our system i cant access ur a/c details u can call tommorow ....when i called next day the line was dropped i tried so many times ..........wht the reason behind this i don't know.... but i think we can call to customer care only one time in a month ......till now i didnt get that balance ....

i am a old prepaid customer o[censored]r company & my connection lasts from atleast 4 years. but sometimes problem occurs with ur company that there is no proper hearing of prepaid customer please take it in ur consideration & do the necessary
