Airtel — Seriously Something wrong | |||
Dear All, Today i m writing becoz to express my feelings. I receieved call from AirtelPerson Says that he is in Highcourt Section -6 Conversation: He said that i didn't paid the bill on my landline no : 40062481 I was little surprised to hear that as they called me after 1 yr (recd call on Dec 9th2010) I said i already paid the bill and he didn't agreed for that and he said if i don't respond quickly the case will be submitted to the judge for final hearing. Also he referred someone she is a lawyer - I contacted her and i said that i haven't recd any kind of legal notice and also i mentioned that i paid the bill. She is shouting and said that i need pay other wise she cant help me. She has given me 1 hr time to do so. ---- I didn't know what to do as i know i already paid the bill but due to my neglegence i left it some where as its already a yr i dont have any clue regarding the bill receipt. Today 25th Jan 2011 again i recd a call and he said the same again i M Sure i have cleared the dues one of the airtel person came to my place and he has collected the dues but they are saying that it was not updated and i need to pay. Last month i posted about the issue that i m facing i m unable to locate the url ... I recd call again from airtel saying that there is a case on me and tomo is hearing i don't understand is that my fault loosing a bill for which i paid and thy are asking me to pay for that. (Who will update it)
