Hi Last month i posted about the issue that i m facing i m unable to locate the url ... I recd call again from airtel saying that there is a case on me and tomo is hearing i don't understand is that my fault loosing a bill for which i paid and thy are asking me to pay for that. (Who will update it) Really pissed off with this Recd from [protected] Note: In earlier complaint airtel person said it was cleared and closed now again issue is arrising Please someone help em Was this information helpful? | |||

Trai rules & regulation act :subscriber wants to un-subscribe the value added service within 24hours from the time of its activation on the ground that the subscription to such service was unintentional or accidental, the service provider shall un- subscribe such value added service and shall reimburse or credit to the customer's account the charges, if any, deducted or levied for subscription to such value added service
