[Resolved] Airtel — migration prepaid sim to postpaid | |||
Sir,Jayakar .working in aurobindo pharma,in hyderabad.recently airtel agent came to our company told about corporate postpaid plan.i told to him i will take 2 conections,1 is new connection and other is existing prepaid number i.e migration prepaid number to pospaid number.agent told ok.taken all proofs and 100rs for prepaid number.verification over.new connetion activated but existing number not activated.this two connetions have taken 1month 10 days before.iam calling costumer care no response,and also airtel agent no response.please solve my problem. existing number-[protected]. airtel agent(ragesh) no:[protected]. my contact no:[protected],[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
