[Resolved]  Airtel — 3G PLAN 100 Rs 100 MB Free not considered in the bills

3G PLAN 100 Rs 100 MB Free not considered in the above mentioned bills. Actually when 3G Plan launched after 1 week ,I received a call from airtel customer care centre to activate 3G plan. At that time I confirmed to activate 3G 100 RS PLAN. Customer care executive also confirmed for this activation. Executive told that I am activating 3G 100 RS PLAN.I also confirmed and agreed. But in the above bills it has not considered. please find your call records and listen my conversation with customer care executive for 3G PLAN activation. please resolve this after verifying your call voice records. It’s not good to gamble the customers like this.
Because of this i got more bill approxamately 3000Rs(May +June month).please kindly
check my voice records while talking with customer care executive(what i spoke with customer care ) .Its not fair.I am using this connection from last 3 years till now there is no issue.
please kindly verify your call voice records regarding the actavtion of my 3g-100rs plan & consder my 100MB free in the above mentioned bills.

Hi,

My fake internet bill problem is not resolved completely.

i got fake and gambled bill for May and june months(details given below).

After communicating many times every day. I got only discount for 1103 Rs only for June month(Bill Number:[protected] only. they are not consdering May month bill(Bill Number’s:[protected]They didnt give May month fake charges nearly -1800Rs still now.Intially they told reason it has been activated on 6ht April 2011. and imdiately it has been deactivated from 7th April onwards.now recently they are telling stories like it has been activated from 23/06/2011 -3G -100 Rs plan-100 MB Free.airtel customer care is gmabling like anything.they are confusing and giving wrong diffrent statements in each and evry mail.I will copy some sample mails which i ahve received from airtel customer care.one mail is conforming that 3G-100Rs plan has been activated on 7/04/2011. and other mail is saying that it has been activated on 23/06/2011.

As per your previous interactions with, we made clear investigation on your account. Please be informed that 3G service at zero plan was active till[protected] and 3G service plan at Rs.100/- was activated by deactivating the previous plan with effect from[protected].

Hence, charges for 3G service for the bill period[protected] to[protected] are charged at 30ps for 20KB as it was zero rental plan.

Please be informed that we follow a completely automated billing system without any manual intervention. We would like to inform you that all charges are levied as per the Services and calls accessed by you from your airtel mobile number.

By reading above 2 mails how airtel is gambling customers like me by saying diffrent things evrytime. while taking with airtel customercare, they told diffrent reasons like "it has been charged more because u have sent messages to 121 like that" . I cant provide that proof here(because its voice na).Because of this i lost nearly 3000rs .Just they gave 1100rs discount recently.still I am losting 1800rs.

please try to resolve my problem...
