[Resolved] Airtel — NO ACTIVATION OF SIM AND DELAY IN SERVICE | |||
WORST CUSTOMER CARE AT AIRTEL, MALAKPET BRANCH IN HYDERABAD, ANDHRA PRADESH AND WORST AIRTEL SERVICES! MY SIM GOT UNREGISTERED ON 26TH SEPTEMBER AND I WAS ASKED TO SUBMIT MY DOCUMENTS AGAIN AT THE NEAREST OFFICE SO I DID SUBMIT ALL THE VALID DOCUMENTS ON 1ST OCTOBER. I WAS TOLD BY THE EXECUTIVES THAT MY SIM WILL BE ACTIVATED WITHIN 4 DAYS. I WAITED FOR 4 DAYS BUT THERE WAS NO USE.THEN I ENQUIRED ABOUT THE DELAY AND I GOT THE REPLY THAT IT WILL TAKE TWO MORE DAYS AS THE TECHNICIANS WONT WORK ON SATURDAYS! SO I WAITED TILL 6TH OCTOBER AND WENT TO OFFICE TO FIND OUT ON 7TH AS STILL MY NUMBER WAS NOT ACTIVATED. THEN THE EXECUTIVE INFORMED ME THAT THERE WAS SOME MISTAKE SO THEY LODGED A COMPLAIN AGAINST MY NUMBER AND I WILL BE GETTING BACK MY NUMBER WITHIN 24 HOURS. I BELIEVED THEM AGAIN AND WAITED FOR TWO DAYS THAT IS 8TH AND 9TH OF OCTOBER. BUT AGAIN, NO USE! EVEN TODAY THAT IS 10TH OCTOBER AGAIN I WENT TO THE AIRTEL OFFICE AND QUESTIONED ABOUT MY NUMBER, STILL THEY HAVE NO ANSWER AND STILL MY SIM IS UNREGISTERED. Was this information helpful? | |||
