Airtel — illegal balance deduction | |||

My No. is [protected]. I have not activated any internet service on my mobile even my mobile is not compatible for internet service. But then also my Rs. 95 has been deducted from my balance.

Some of the services has been activated on my mobile number([protected]) and `1 for each service has been deducted every day from my balance account.
I was unknown about this whole process until on 14th Jan 2011 when I received a message saying ` 2 has been deducted from my balance for some service. When I called Customer care and asked about this they say it has been activated after my confirmation but this is not the case, I asked them to de activate all services and they confirmed that all services has been deactivated. I asked them to give me any proof that it has been activated by me but they don’t have any proof. I dropped that issue but today I checked again if any balance has been deducted from my account and found that from 15th Jan 2011 `1 has been deducted every day. So I called Customer Care again and now they are saying that some other service is active on my number since March 2010, when I asked how this is possible, I got the same answer that it has been activated by me only…. So now if I calculate from March 2010,
10 months
` 30 per Service per month
N number of services
In total N*30*10 = 300N
Means ` 300 per service…
This much money has been deducted from my balance which is too much that too without my knowledge. Is this the service which is provided by this MNC and they claim to be the best service provider.

I beg to state that I am a customer of airtel with mobile no [protected] and being sufferd from faulty balance deduction most of the time I call. For instance I called for 10 min 40 sec and have been charged 6 rupees @50 paise/min scheme. Every time complaint them they ask to take their call detail plan which charges rs. 58 for a period of 90 days. So I thought it will be more costlier than to faulty deduction.
So i plea to you for justice.
