[Resolved] Airtel India — Card not getting activated | |||
I've filed for prepaid to postpaid conversion on 4th of Jul 2013 via Shashi ([protected]). yesterday i've received sms regarding my prepaid sim will get deactivated tonight and I have to use new postpaid SIM provided to me and after entering new card, telephone verification was done and was been ensured that the services will be resumed within next 15 min, post which my postpaid sim provided by the vendor is not activate. Its been more then 9 hrs now and services on my postpaid sim has not been activated yet. I tried calling customer care several times and each time they ensure me that service will be resumed within next 4 hrs but no use so far. The vendor also is not helping me out as a result my official number is out of service and this being my official number on which my several business deals depends, failing cause of this incompatibility of Airtel services. My number is - [protected] I want proper action to be taken for all the false commitment of Airtel costumer and fraud services commitment against the vendor, who finally is not picking up my phone and helping in resolving the issue. my p u k code got blocked by mistake so i went to the airtel, vashi, navi mumbai gallery
isigned the form & paid rs75 for a new sim and they gave me a new sim &said it will get
activated in 6 hours now its more than 15 hours but nothing has happened there is a line

Airtelindia prepaid sim card — about customer service
I mke complaint to airtel customer executive that unnecessary you are deducted amount from my sim card for brousing & downloading games etc. but till today I am not interested to download games or all relative servicese provide by them, today they deduct Rs. 99/- from my account for downloading jawa game @ night 1.30 from no.54321 how it is possible . I request miss. Chitra airtel customer executive officer she said if you talk to return amount I will disconnect your service.. I request the reasponsible officer please look after this matter.my request reg. no. are [protected] & [protected] afte this complaint one of Mr. Mohamad airtel customer executive promise me the amount will be send on ur mobile till 9th of this month. AirTel — Activation of Services not asked for
HiThis is to inform that my Airtel mobile number [protected] has been overcharged by over Rs 6500 for my usage of 3G data in the month of September.
My 3G plan of Rs 450 with 600 MB free usage which I got activated in the month of may was changed automatically to 0 rental plan on 25th of July which I never asked for (as per your customer care people) and was again changed back to 450 Rs rental plan on 22nd of September and I was charged as per 0 rental plan for 22 days in the month of September.
The Customer care people are not accepting their own mistake and saying that I may have sent some request for the same. when I asked them to show any such request from my side they did not responded nor did they reversed the charges.
What actions can be taken against them
