Sir,

Despite my calling three times @ 121 and 198 of Airtel , Caller ID service has not been activated.Please follow up with the concerned section Airtel for appropriate action.

It is really very frustrating Airtel is not ready to attend the above complaint even after the lapse of three weeks for the reason best know to the concerned department. They claim high credit for customer care but actually story is different. I failed to understand how to move Airtel out of its slumber.Please follow up if you can through this forum.I am not getting any response even after writing to Nodal Officer and Appellate Authority of Airtel.
