[Resolved] Airtel — airtel 3g internet speed very slow | |||
sir, I am Dibeesh.cp my mobile number is [protected] i am using airtel 3g service and i activated 3g data plan Rs.94 0f 150 data . airtel promise to their customers we will assures a speed upto 7mbps but i am getting only 5to10kbps . even 2g connection will not give that much of speed i raised so may complaints through customer care and relationship centers of airtel they only giving Service request till date my problem is not yet resolved , really i am feeling very bad about airtel 3g service and customer support . Airtel is not bother about their customers and they are not ready to solve customer issues . plz any help me how to solve my problem. Was this information helpful? | |||

my service request no. 43231256 whitch was closed without giving any solution.
