Issue not resolved for the complaint: CIVRP30607025776

Hi,

I have registered a complaint on 07-Jun-2012, Request reference number is: CIVRP30607025776.
I have received a call and it was said that the issue will be resolved in 24hrs but I am still in the same old MNP offer. My humble request to the concerned team is to please deactivate the MNP offer on my number at the earliest. Hoping for a positive response and a solution atleast this time.
