[Resolved]  Airtel — issue of services without any consent

1.unethical behaviour with me at the airtel service centre (tilaknagar) and airtel customer care.

2. activating the unnecessary services without my permission.

3.blocking the customer care calls on my no.


please resolve all of it as soon as possible.... ypur quick action is highly appriciated....

i would like to inform u that i m an airtel prepaid customer of MP no. [protected], i have a issue regarding customer care service of airtel , they don't have a manners how to talk with the customer, and they dont know that how to make the conversation with the cust.they always talking with attitude and they can not think only a time it self before disconnecting the call and they dont follow the process and the trai rules and they are not aware of that thing that if cust.is not responding properly or he is abusing then they has to give the warning three times before disconnecting the calls..and they just disconnect the calls without reason.plz check it by internal test calls also.and give thm training that how to talk with the customers and teach them that what is customer delightness and custmer satisfaction..they are just disposing the airtel brand image and also making the cust.to remove airtel services from his life.
its really a serious matter and a kind of mental harrasement .
plz told them one thing that cust.only call to customer care center when he is facing some problem from the services or regarding any query and they are at the position of CSA for just customer service.that' they are there to just recti fy the concerns and give the customer satisfaction..
PLZ ARRANGE A CALL BACK FOR ME
executive's names which i remember are - priyanka,manoj,rakesh and they don't share the interaction ID ALSO which is as per TRAI POLICY A WRONG STEP

AirTel — Service related issue

Hi,

I am having an airtel connection([protected]) for more than last three years now and my plan was changed without any intimation. I have been calling customer care endlessly for last 4 days and nothing has been done in this regard. I even have a word with some manager or supervisor to whom the call was forwarded by the customer care executive, she gave me assurance that the old plan will become active within 24 hours and then nothing happened. I didn't get any intimation from the CC that my plan has expired or something and they're saying now it happened because of the normal recharge which i have been doing from last 8-10 months. Many a times call was just disconnected by the CC executive without providing any resolution and with the word, 'thankyou for calling at airtel'. Many a times they forwarded the call to manager and i was kept on hold for 10 minutes and nothing happened adding to that the calls were chargable and everytime i paid more than what was informed i would be charged for talking to cc executive.

This is really frustrating and i am pissed with the service and the behaviour of CC executives.Kindly, let me know how to file a complain in consumer court for this awkward behaviour and irritating service.

AirTel — Service issue

I am Mahesh and i am using Airtel ([protected])for the last 4 years and the service is pathetic and thanks to mnp...wherein i can change the service provider without changing the number...my problem with airtel is that i activated a service for sms wherein u can send sms for 10p/sms and there is a rental for 1 re/day...i have been using the sms pack since last one year and in jan 2011 i send a msg to deactivate the service.after 3-4 days i saw that my balance was still getting deducted..so i send the msg repeatedly for 1 week..nothing happened and finally i called the customer care and told them that i want to deactivate the service and i have been trying to do that for the last one week and they said that they will do it..and they also saw that i was trying to deactivate the service by sending the msg and so i told them that it is not my fault that if there are any technical issues why should i pay from my pocket...tehy apologized and said that they will deactivate the service but there is nothing that they will do to get me the refund or any compensation instead they started blaming me saying that i shud have calld them earlier to prevent from balance deduction...i escalated the call to their supervisors..and i got the same answers..i kept on calling them for a month and atleast twice a week and wasted my money by speaking to them and as it is not free to speak to the cust care..and later i stopped calling them and now its been 3 months to that incident and the worst part is that they are still deducting 1 re/day from my balance..i am just waiting for the right service provider and my research is still going on..and i ust want to know every body that never opt for airtel and IT LITERALLY SUX..(pardon my language)but i am very pissed off..i hope that the company shuts down...and i am sure that i am not the only one who is not happy with airtel..there might be thousands like me..
There s nothing you can do now...and even i dont want u to do anything for me...i have faced whatever i had to and i dont know whether i wud still be happy after i get the compensation from u guys...i knw what airtel is i dont want anything from u...i am more happy that i am going to change my service provider...annd i will tell everyone i knw plz not to use airtel...
you can call me on [protected] anytime and also i am still using airtel as you might be aware of that so why is that number not contactable...???
and tell me one thing you said that you will try to resolve my issue...and that means you will stop the service which already is deducting the amount on daily basis..and what about the amount that has already been deducted since the last 4 months..what happens to that balance...
the issue has not been resolved yet..r u seriously checking my information because you are still deducting money from my balance everyday..and u can consider whatever you want because it seems that it doesnt matter to you but dont worry i still dont like airtel and still think i made a big mistake by opting airtel and also i ve made my mind that i will change my service provider and ...

and can you tell me what have you done to resolve my issue and you are saying that you think that the problem has been resolved..on what basis you think that...
and i am really ashamed just because i didnt wanted to change my number i was still using airtel...this is rediculous..
now that u have deactivated the sms service after such a long time ..u didnt even bother to ask again
now when i am trying to activate the service i am not able to
and i am paunig bloody 1 rs for a msg
and i believe u removed the sms offer permanently from my no. and i cant activate the service ever.
when will u become a company which provide service which is excellent and u only know to collect money.
I am really frustrated and i want to change my service provider

AirTel — Issue regarding the service

Dear sir/Madam,

i being using the services of Airtel Gsm from last one year. i was having my gprs activated in to my cellphone which was working fine from last 6 months. last month it stop working and i was not able to stream any thing from my airtel Mobile office kind of a internet service they offer, it was showing service unavailable.
i called to customer care for to receive the settings form their end, they send me the settings and it was not working at all. i called them after that again and they didn't resolve that issue. after some days when i called for the same purpose, i found that i was not able to speak with any customer care executive as they barred my service of talking with the support team. it that the way to treat with the service users.

i want to know that if we are not getting our problem resolved then how could we rely on their services. it was a small issue to send me the settings of Mobile office and they took it in a big way that they barred me to talk with the support team.

i think MNP is working in the market, if the services remain like that, we have to shift it from to another Network.

This is to inform you that I have called airtel before 4 days in the evening time about value added services which was unwanted to me I am making follow up about this many time to airtel customer care and wasting my calls and time .

Till now I have not Got any result hence I request you to kindly do the needful or else I have to take something serious action against it.
