Airtel — Discontinue of airtel connection & harrasement | |||
Respected Sir/Madam, I am Paramjeet Chonkria having mobile pre paid no. [protected] since 9 years is made out of service without any prior information on 21-April-2010. I contact to costumer care they told me to give the ID Proof. I submit it on 22-April-2010 at evening at WG-596, Near Jyoti Chowk, Nakodar Road, Jalandhar. I contact Airtel coustmer care 2 or 3 times, they told me to come another day or come after a week or 3 days etc. And after 14 days on 6-May-2010 at Airtel Carecenter {WG-596, Near Jyoti Chowk, Nakodar Road, Jalandhar} your employe told me that your number is dead now. And it is not possible to use that number again. That no. is used by my father and he is a doctor so they need this number urgently. I am still not believing that how can Airtel -Bharti like company do like this to a parmanent customer. I want to know that what is the fault of coustmer, why are your company doing this. Your employes at carecenter at {WG-596, Near Jyoti Chowk, Nakodar Road, Jalandhar} are unable to give me any satisfactor answer.
