Airtel — HEARING OF COMPLAINT

I am using Airtel Prepaid Connection nd my number is [protected]...
Customer Care is not responding to my calls. wenever i call to CC, d call automatically disconnected....
will dey pay attention to that....
why they are wasting money on CCE's....
also, another complaint, auto activation of services.....
i think companies are short of revenue, datys why dey r generating it thru illegal ways...:P
nd also speed of Airtel GPRS coonection, my god, amazing speed.....
just 500-600bytes/sec.....
r they providing GPRS service of 19th century or wat.....nd please tell me where to complaint bout all of above....???
