Airtel — net charges from main account balance

i am yogesh choudhari mo- [protected]

using airtel mobile from last 4 year from date 5/09/2007

also using GPRS from last 3 year. but on date 20/10/2011 while using GPRS Airtel deduct my main account balance about 330. one time deduction on date 20/10/2011 at 01.10 AM. i have a Active GPRS plan. and lot of data balance in my account.

I have to give complaint but c. care not understanding my problem. airtel call me yesterday on 30 and 31/10/2011 they told me to give total refund. but till today not coming any solution..

Airtel cheating me. and i am very much suffering.
