AirTel — Deactivating Sms alert

Hi,

My number is [protected], Pls stop this unwanted CRICKET alerts and subsequent deductions. I repeatedly sent the STOP sms to 121 and followed the instructions thereafter, still they are deducting my money everyday and also charging me extra for other services which i did not subscribe in the first place. Kindly stop this ASAP else may have to discontinue using airtel.

My name is Binita Sahu. I have a prepaid connection of airtel. My no. is [protected]. Sir, i have never told company office of Ranchi to activate the service of MISSU alert 53030, but they activated it and for this they are deducting Rupees 5 for every five days. I have tried several time to contact custome care executive of airtel, but they do not pick up my phone. I also sent several SMS to 53030 & 121, but they never processed for deactivation of MISSU alert.

My no is [protected]... am getting msgs from 53030 and they r deducting Re1/day.. its been long and i haven't even activated the service. Could yo please deactivate the service.
