Airtel — don't want the product

i have placed an order on airtel dth ,which has been done through vriti.com and the payment has been made through net banking,but the product has been delivered after very much delay,and till that time airtel dint even contact for the delay.now the product has been delivered but not installed as i dont want it now due the care less service by airtel.i am sure that airtel is not a promising company so i request you to take the product back and give me the cash of Rs.1590

i am launching complaint from 12th july but dint get any solution.here are the complaints number[protected], 10050285, 10113152,10213465.
everyday i launch a complaint and they close by putting some comment.
airtel is doing a lot of harassment towards the customer.
kindly take your product and give me the cash.
