AirTel — not refunding money
i have applied for a net connection from Airtel on 14-06-08, at that time they told me that it would take atmost 3 days to start this but due to some range proplem as they have said to me the net was not connected and they told me that they will refund my money i.e, of Rs800/- with in a month but now u can calculate that its been more than 8 months and i am running behind them no. of times all these months, they always tell me that they gonna inform me but every time i have to go there, please i am an student of engg. n its tough for me to find rather waste my time into this, so please help me out ithink i have wasted more money on petrol as there office is atleast 4 km away from my house .ihave seen ur program on T.V. and i know now only you can help[ me out.AirTel — Airtel not refunding money
HiI applied for airtel connection in Electronic city bangalore. The person checked that connection was feasible in the area and then I submitted my application with installation fees and modem charges.
They kept postponing the connection date by 2 - 3 days. Two weeks later they told me that connection wont be possible and that they will refund my installation money within 15 days and gave me a complaint number
20 days have passed and I have not received my money back. After 15 calls, now they have given me a new complaint number and asked me to wait for another week..
Airtel SUCKS. !!! This company should be sued.

i askd asirtel fr the new connection ..thy told me thy will reach at my place on mondy or tuesdy. frstly thy didn't cnfrmed me tht thy r nt cming..secndly when thy came..the services provide by them ws very bad..i asked them to put wireless connection thy came wth modem ..when i cntct the person who told me to come on mondy or tuesdy name aditya cell no [protected]. he is nt pcking my call..i wnt them to refund my advance payment.Airtel DTH — Not refunding
I have puchased a Airtel Dth connection on 1590 by cash on[protected].It is not yet installed and they are not refunding my money.
I want my money back.

I was asked to send the cheque back to your office then only you can process.
1. Why should I pay for the postage for your careless approach and incorrect cheque sent. The funny thing is that Airtel is not ready to pay for the postage for their carelessness. Are you guys crazy?
2. Why can't you cancel the cheque from your side and send me a fresh cheque with proper name.
It is funny that your nodal officer update the correct information yesterday after taking all scanned copies from me and then acted funny saying that all the information in your system are correct.
This is a total NONSENSE. Can you correct your process and the way of operation? This is ridiculous

Any update on this status. Your person has collected the incorrect cheque from me around 1.5 months back and I was promised that I will get the correct cheque back with in 25 days. So far I have not heard from you.

I have applied for an airtel broadband connection on April 1st through their web portal. I cancelled the request and asked for refund because o[censored]nprofessional behaviour of airtel.
I contacted customer care, airtel nodal officer of Delhi/ncr, apeallate authority but none of them provided a satisfactory reply and adding to my woes, they asked me for a cancelled cheque for my refund.
When I provided them the same, they asked me for a cancelled cheque with my name over it or provide them my passbook or bank statement. I denied to provide them these documents as they are my financial document and I do not think I should share with them for refund process.
I have a to and for of around 15 e-mails with airtel officers but they were not ready to listen my problem.
I request you to help me get my refund back.
