This is to inform you that the airtel land line number [protected], had some
issues and your executive had come to my office and i had made full and final it the
bill due with no fault of mine of Rs.1750 dated 18.8.12, the same day i get a call from
another executive regarding the same issue for the balance payment, i informed them
about it above the payment made but are not ready to understand , i disconnected the
call , next day i.e on 20.8.12 i get a call again to continue the connection and offers me
to wave Rs. 1000/- from the bill due around Rs.2600, i nformed them about the
payments made , they tell me they will get back to me to resolve the issue, again in the
evening of 20.8.12, i get a call that they will wave the complete amount of Rs.2600
approx, and asked me to continue the above line .
Now i don’t understand what is going on as different executive offers me different
way to continue the connection , but i feel i have been cheated by airtel by asking me
to pay the amount of Rs.1750, and then offering me the waving of the amount ???????
Please let me know what ever happen with me is right from the airtel point of view. or
i have been misguided....
