Dear Sir / Madam,I am attaching the below mentioned letter which I have sent to airtel regarding their poor service, so I am trying to cancel my subscription.Actually they have reversed an amount which they have charged for the CUG no(I have called) in my previous bill but they have charged some amount for the CUG no( I have called) in the current bill I have asked for the reversal.For this process they took more than 10 days without any response and I have quoted all my ref no for the same.
LETTER TO AIRTEL
I am writing this mail for the cancellation of my landline no[protected].I am cancelling my connection because of your poor response.I made a complaint to you regarding my billing problem on 07.09.08 for which have send the service request as 18238359, but the problem was not solved and your people not called up till 10th sep'08.Later I have contacted your office on 10th and they gave me another request no 16127464.For this no also nobody responded.Later on 11th I got a call from your Mr.Thygarajan at 10.30am[protected]and he enquired about the problem again and informed me that he will give a call back.By 12.00pm I have received a call from Ms.Nancy[protected]stating that she will give a call back after verifying my bills.Till 12th sep 08 I have not received any calls from your off later I have contacted the customer care there Ms.Divya attended the call and I have requested for cancellation. She requested me not to cancel and confirmed that she will call back by 13th sep'08 but till now my problem not got solved.Moreover I have been fedup by this process.I request you to cancel my connection immediately after receiving this mail.

R/Sir,Airtel Billing Complaint[protected]
Same problem repeated as last month billing. Top Up added, few additional amount added like music tone etc without any information. This has been discussed during last month billing also as a result billing amount paid on a later date after due date and Airtel disconnected th phone line. Again, after making the payment reconnected with additional Rs 200/-.
The same problem repeated again this month billing also. So, payment due is Rs 834/-.
This payment could be made after all corrections mentioned.
But now looking at the Billing and Connection issues, I would like to discontinue the connection from nex month.
