[Resolved]  Airtel Landline — NO CUSTOMER CARE (APPELLATE OFFICERS PHONE OUT OF SERVICE)

On every bill for landline, Airtel is providing name, e-mail address, telephone no and fax nos of executives whom one can forward complaints. I wanted to speek to Nodal Officer or Appelate officer but for the last 2 months I am unable to get these nos. The nos are [protected] and [protected]. Why Airtel is giving these nos when these are always out of service.

Dear sir,
i have paid my airtel bill .mobileno [protected]. still not activated. Your collection executive cheating me. two times mailed you .your auto generated message says that we will revert back within 72 hrs. no one responded still 144hrs.my contact no is [protected]. kindly do the needful.in my complint mail i attached paid bill also.
my phone no.is 4031494 from gwalior my landline phone has been dead but net is working properly so my reqest is please check my phone

air tel mobile connection and mobile store — connection not working since two weeks

air tel pre paid connection was taken on 5.4.2009 the number of which is[protected]. connection worked for two but later incoming got discontinued. I contacted moble store from where I got new cell phone and air tel connection where I was assured that incoming will be activated by evening. I waited for two days and when not activated I again contact mobile store where I was told to cotact airtel office. I went there on 9th april and gave complaint for which I receied message of complaint vide its number/ref nu. [protected]. I was told that the number will working within 24 hcourt. I waited again for two days. Again I contacted airtel office sector 35 on 13/4 again I was told that the number will be working within 24 hcourt. To my surprise, now outgoing was also stopped. I again contacted mobile store and airtel office on 17.4.09 again same reply was given that your connection will be restored by evening/morning of 18.4.2009. Today When I contacted one of the representative of airtel office at his moble number [protected], Mr. Kultej working with airtel office sector 35 to whom I consuctively met 3 times with my complaint I was told to contact after some time. The way I have been dealt with by airtel is found shocking. The aforesaid shock has forced me to submit compliant whic I think can help me.

WORST AFTERSALE SERVICE BY AIRTEL

airtel is proving to be the worst service provider amongst its competitors. It's bosses are sleeping ignoring clients grievances. The day is not away when customer will not look at it. It is still not late for its bosses to wake up and look at after sale services. Following is the horrific experince I have also faced rather still facing:
I bougt a new mobile from mobile store and airtel connection (prepaid) for mobile store, sector-35, chandigarh on 6.4.2009 and connection activated after some time. After one day incoming got discontinued. I visited mobile store sector 35 and airtel office sector 34, cahndigarh number of times everytime they kept on telling that your sim will be activated with all services shortly. It is shocking to say that my outgoing was also barred after giving complaint. Since then I have visited number of times but my connection has not been restored when there is an outstanding amount of Rs. 324. Neither I am being refunded the amount due to me not my connection is being activated.

I M shankar iyer residing Dombivli (East), i lost my Airtel Sim No. [protected] and i was in abroad for 3 months i came back and i want to get the same but fortunately i understood that Airtel gallery near Madhuban Talkies has been [censored]ed to Phadke road, dombivli (East) but sorry and shame to say your customer executive misbehaived with me if customer has been treated like that how we will behaive a good and get the airtel services i hope you can understand my words and feelings nothing to say pls try to get my same no sim if possible i want to change my old no. to new no, i already provided all my documents its in your system u can verify i dont mind i m working as a executive post its hurt me very much i dont have much time to go on explain the reason better call me i will furnish what happen exactly misbhaving with customer not fair me too woking and providing services to customer i know and understand my contact no. AIRTEL persons forget their service. they only worry about the bill.Before sending the bill they only followup " are you paid the bill" .A custemer how pay the bill if he not recieve the bill.Mr Saiyyad from bhopal calling in my cell from the number [protected] " Sir R U Praveen Kumar your bill is due.I am replying I not PRAVEEN I am Binod then after 2 hours he once again calling Sir your bill is due.I am replying I pay the bill of last month and I am not recieving the bill of current month.Send the bill in my ID. then also he calling me once agen sir when you paid the bill? I dont the How AIRTEL appoint these executives who have not proper manner.If he send me the bill first they I am not diposit the amount.My phone has a problem I complain ut after many time of followups and request the executive came to me and sayong Sir the phone( TElephone box) is problamatic everywhere. The quality opf the box is poor. I dont know how airtel perform this type.It is very sad. My request to the AIRTEL management check your system and appoint the employees who have talking manners with customer.

My phone is not working
I have tried to contact Nodal Officer and Appelate Officer for lat two month. The telephone is always engaged. I have installed a wifi aand paid one time additional charges of 1500. I was told no additional charges will be made, however inspite of three verbal and three mail complaints, i have had no action. To top it all for the lost two days, I am trying to approach customer care executive, whenever I am conected call drops. One really does not know whats happened to Airtel services. I am a customer for last 10 years.

I paid my bill around Rs 970.00 vide cheque ni 029377 drawn on PNB dated[protected] and dropped in box at Metro station Rohni West in the morning of 11.06.2010.My landline telephoneno[protected].this should have been collected by Airtel still I recived a call from airtel for non payment of bill and threatening for cutting connection.
my landline connection of airtel is not working properly and i have lodged complaint from last 6 months. and there is no serious action from your side . Whenever i call your provided numbers there is no response from your side. i am really very disappointed from your services. I am going to get my connection cut off or you do something at the earliest.

I an having an Airtel phone No.[protected] installed at I-1804, Chittaranjan Park (First floor), new Delhi 110 019 in the name of A. Sen Gupta. I have two problems to bring to the notice of the Airtel Authorities.
1. I have not received the telephone bill for the last month. This may please be sent to me urgently.
2. The instrument provided to me by Airtel (Beetel Phone) has been faulty. Repeated complaints from my side have not produced any result as yet. Instrument may please be repaired/replaced urgently.

With deep regret I have to inform that I am totally dissatisfied with your services. I have already applied to disconnect my landline phone no.[protected] in the name of Vishal Soni, address-3226, Kalyanji Ka Rasta, Ist Cross, Chandpole Bazar, Jaipur on 25.10.2010. But still it is not disconnected and I am getting your invoices regularly for which I am not responsible to pay at all. I have already cleared my dues while I applied for discontinuing your services, I have paid my final bill on 02.11.2010. I am hereby again declaring to disconnect my landline connection and I will not be responsible for any unpain invoices.
Over & above if the phone is not disconnected within this week, I have to proceed to consumer forum to file a complained against Bharti Airtel.

Refere to my communication below done with one of teh recomended senior person in your Pune office who does not even bother to acknwledge the grievance.

After having registered my grievance for so many times and placed my application to disconnect my landline connection the disconnection request has been taken care of immediately and against that very foolishly teh bills are being sent to me.

I hope you will understand that you cannot bill a customer whose line id disconnected and will close teh siuue immediately.
Also dont forget to collect up your instrument from my house.

Application for disconnecting my broadban was given on 19 sep 2010 and to convert my connection to voiceline plan of rental 350 per month was given

To astonishment the billing statement recd was 900 and line was deactivated and even after paying bill the line has not been activated till date

To add to frustrations recd a bill statment showing outstanding of Rs 1155.60

And your cc team again and again want confirmation whether I have given application before

Please stop harrasing me and revert all the outstandings with immediate effect.
Also take up my request to have the connection disconnected and get away from the pack of irresponsible Airtel team immediately

Hope so that as a senior you will take note of same and revert back immediately and do not behave ignorant and foolish alike your junior team

PLEASE BE INFORMED MY LIABILITY FOR CURENT MONTH IS ZERO PAYMENT

If troubled more then I think pulling you up in Consumer Forum will be a correct way to get myself compensated for the poor services and the harassment since last two months
