[Resolved]  Airtel Landline — Disconnection

I WANNA DISCONNECT MY NO.[protected] I PAID MY LAST BILL WITH CANCELLATION BUT BEHIND THAT I GOT A BILL EVERY MONTH WHY SO... PLZ FOCUS ON IT

the land line is not using please disconnect the line, this the multiple connection please disconnet the line of no.[protected]

My land line number[protected], was asked to be disconnected in Airtel by december 2008, but till now the bill is being generate.

I have regularly paid my bills, but the collection executives are coming and asking for the due which is about 2000 for which i dint use.

I need this to be disconnected.

Our telephone is non function since two weeks and inspite of lodging complaints to your Lucknow service station It has not been rectified. Could you please lookinto it and take suitable action. Sir,

I am a registered user of airtel landline[protected] for the past three years and have never been a defaulter in payment of my bills. The amount of bill generated for the month of July 2011 was Rs 2019 and the due date for the payment is August 18th, 2011 . However I am surprised to learn that the phone has been disconnected well before the due date i.e on 11th of August due to 'non payment of the amount'. I then made online payment of the required amount on 12th of August 2011, still my telephone line has not been resumed .
I fail to understand the motive behind the disconnection, is it to harass the subscriber????

My questions which i would like to put forth to the higher authority of airtel are as below:
1) Why my phone line has been disconnected when the due date has been mentioned as 18th of August, 2011
2) Why the line has not been resumed even after payment of the amount well before the due date

CAN ANYONE HELP ME IN FINDING OUT THE NAME, TELEPHONE NUMBER OR EMAIL ID OF THE HIGHER AUTHORITY OF AIRTEL, I CANNOT FIND IT ANYWHERE ON THE NET.
