[Resolved] Airtel Live — irrelevant charging on airtel live inspite of having subscription to yahoo zone | |
I have a weekly subscription for yahoo zone in airtel live. It charges me Rs. 10/- only (rupees ten only) per week. Other than this , I was never charged by airtel for using yahoo zone , but since 07/10/2009 I have been charged on using the same service . Despite calling customer care , there was no hearing to my problem .Besides this, the customer care executive literally knows nothing about airtel and its services . Was this information helpful? | |
