dear sir, My airtel mobile no. [protected]. I have porting id no.AY985753 expiry date 25/10/2011. after it i recieved a call from no.[protected] & caller said to me that my call rate reduce for 180 days. caller said that my call rate reduce within 72 hours. but my call rate as it is at this time. have been an airtel mobile customer for more than 5+ years.now i have a problam about that i have recharge my no of Rs.37 for changing call rate . but till now my call dosn't change . I have call many times to custermare care but they could not satishfied me So pls sir help me

sir i have prpaid connection from last 4 years. now a days i face the problem of high call rate about 90 paisa per minute so please solve my problem Hey,
My airtel mobile no. [protected]. I have complaints regarding call rate charged by airtel. Airtel charging Rs. 1.50/minute from my number.Is this a valid rate of per call.You are making fool to your customer.Airtel is compelling us to change our service provider/use MNP service.I hope company will take quick action against my problem.

but when i had recharged then my first local call is 1rs & 1st std call 1.50rs then after first call local @40p and [protected]@50p..........when i loadge the complain then i informed that there is condition apply but from message it is not clarified..when told the airtel customer care executive that i will complain on consumer forum then he told you most welcome............
