Airtel Mobile — ACTIVATION OF CALLER TUNE ON MOBILE
SIR,My mobile No is [protected] (air tel prepaid) maharashtra. On 03 Nov 09, the caller tune (song ) was activated on mobile without my request or demand. I called up on 05 Nov09
airtel help line and the supervisor in airtel call centre has assured that the activation has been done mistakenly and the Rs 45/- was wrongly deducted my account, also she said the said amount would be returned to my account. On 13 nov 09 the deaction of caller tone was not done and i called up the help line . The operator said that I have activated myself and the money cannot be refunded back. I insisted that I would talk to their manager .
The manager on duty mr Arif mohammed said that the amount of Rs 45 canot be refunded back and the service will be deactived immediately. After 3 hours i checked that the service was not deactived and I called up again and demanded to deactivate it.
The airtel has of its own has activated the caller tone servie on my mobile and they say that I my self have activated it which is not correct. This is not fair and a necessary action may please be initiated against them
Airtel — activation of hello tune without demand
I have never demanded or activated any hellotune service from my airtel mobile no.[protected]. on 2nd of october at 8.00 am I have received a message that I have been charged 30 Rs. for above service.On birthday of Bapu I think what to do in such situation, when looted without sensation.
Airtel — false activation of caller tune
I am AirTe customer [protected]. i have received an call from [protected] at11.39a.m. at 06/10/2011.and asked me to select acaller tune at alower [protected]@rs10per month.Ido not selected any option and disconnected.Just afterA MESSAGE RECEIVED and Rs35 dedected from my account. I COMPLAINED IMMIDIATELYat customer care and informed about this and requested to stop this and refund amount deducted.he agreed anddeactivated and said to me you will receive balance with in an hour.message received for the same at12:11p.m.after this a message received from customer care 121that amount has been transferred to my account. but no balance transffered to me.again I contected to customer care he checked my account and transffered the call to sr. executive.he gave no response.I tried again and again but no resultit is a froud . pl enquir the matter and pannelised the company for this.Pl.informe me about the action taken. .

AirTel — Activation of hello Tune
Since I Have Not Activated Hello Tune On My cell No-[protected] But It is activated from their end So I want my reversal.so pls do the needfull as soon as possible
