Airtel Mobile Office — Mobile Office not deactivate

I had activite my Mobile Office today afternoon.
Now i wish to suspend my Mobile Office, service. i had conact there costermer service excutive on no 12140 & as per them i had to dial 55690 with MASSAGE UNNO. But massage has come back with massage NO DEFOULT CONFIGRATION.
Also i a had recive massage from no 69620 " your subscription for MO recived"
I am constentle trying to contact them on following numbers

I had trying constentle from 10.00PM to 11.40PM
