Right from the time I applied for the connection, I have indicated my gender in absolute unambiguous words but the company in all its correspondence addresses me as 'Mr'. I have brought this to the notice of the company's functionaries a number of times, there is no response and I continue to be addressed as 'Mr Swadesh Misra'. This depicts the total insensitive attitude of the company.
May I , therefore, seek your intervention in this regard to have the records straightened.

sir i am 1.5 year user of airtel number which is [protected]and from of this month he was continewesly deducting after sending a sma " you havebeen charged 10/15 rupees for my (...) from my priped account
because i did clear told 2 them "sir i dont want 2 use any other facility on this number you please d-activate my all other services execpt sms & call
then he cummit me o.k sir and after 3 days same thing happining agen.
and agen i did call 2 customer care they give me an sms code and tole me sir you please send this sms to me agen i did try for that but sms sending have been feld
and i did told them sir i am actuly unabel 2 do that so please give me your email id or nodle officer e mail id where i can sent my problume but they told me i cant give you
so now you please help me because i am realy very burry about that
