I hope a necessary action/solution will be provided with regards to my complain posted here in your website.
I have complaining Airtel customer care and made several mail complaints to nodal authorities to regarding the same. often i used face network issue in my mobile whenever i make calls i used to get disconnected. Frequent call drops. My office is situated in the heart of the city. and there is no proper network. If i raise a mail complaint then the only reply i get is we will revert with in 72 working hours. and they call once if not reachable or if not answered (may be we might held up in work) then not response thats all closed.

Airtel mobile service provider — "unsubscribe newsstand ipad
I am the customer of pre paid mobile number [protected].I have been requesting to dis continue SMS news servises number of times. But this request is not acted up on and each week automatic renewal message charging me Rs 10 is received by the service provider - ie sms from 55382. My request to 55384 to dispense with services not acted up on. This is humiliating. Please advice the service provider to discontinue/unsubscribe the sms news services . regards
