Airtel - Mobile — Weak signal for the past 6 months

Address:Chennai, Tamil Nadu

I am using my airtel pre-paid mobile [protected] from 2008 year in chennai. My address is # 7/3, New colony 1st street, Suprabhat Apt, A / B, Palavanathangal, Chennai. For the past 6 months i.e from Sept/Oct 2012 signal at home is very weak. This is true for all the airtel connections and not only for my mobile. I have raised numerous complaints through the 198 customer care number and every time they close the ticket and call saying issue resolved. I dont see the issue is getting resolved. need help in having Airtel fix my issue at the earliest.

Bharti Airtel — Weak signal

I stay in prime area of Bangalore city - J.P. Nagar - I Phase -which is well populated and considered as a "Posh" area. For the past 3 months or so, the signal has been very weak and dwindling. Because of which, I am loosing out on many important phone calls. My mobile nos are - [protected] & [protected].

we have, number of times lodged very bad mobile signals complaints, with the AIRTEL people but they, at all don't bother to get the same rectified even after a very long period. If this is the state of affairs in the very capital' most prominent south Delhi areas, than it can be just imagined for poor signals greivances in the remote areas.
