[Resolved] Airtel — Inactive Sim Card [protected] | |||
The subject mobile number was bought on 31st March '2010 in the name of TARUNA BHAN. Last week this number got disconnected with the remarks INACTIVE SIM . We checked with 121 who confirmed that the documents from the 3B 2 Airtel office...Mohali did not reach them and hence they disconnected the sim . On putting up the complaint with the Phase 3B 2 distributor ...the office we bought this sim card the concerned person says that the sim card is inactive since there has been negative verification . But the fact is that we did not receive any call from Airtel office for verification . Kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue without any further delays .
