[Resolved]  Airtel — does not issued the sim

i am vinay kumar. mera sim[protected] ko kho gaya hai.
jiska no [protected] hai yeh airtel company ka no hai.

jub mai is sim ka duplicate number lene gaya to .yeh sim ka activation kisi dusare id se kiya gaya hai.
jub mane airtel customer care se yeh baat kahi to yeh khahate hai ki hum isame kucha nahi kar sakte hai.

sir sim koi leta hai. aur id kisi aur ke yeh lagakar sim pahale se activate kar ke market me bechate hai. kya is matter par koi process nahi lagu hota .
