Hi ,
I want to bring this incident to your attention.I had an airtel number which I transferred to my tenant.Itransferred this connection legally with the Airtel's approval
After 2 years - our tenant moved from my place and Iam not sure where he is and is not in touch.Last I heard was he was statying in abroad.
To my surprise - the bill on this number is unpaid and I have been recieving calls at odd hours of the night and people threatning me to pay the bills for the old number which I did not use.I was just the previous owner of this number.
To add to all these woes - they are sending people who are illetrate and goonds near my place for that guy who has left India and not paid the bills.
I even recieved an email from Airtel stating that I need to pay the money - even though it is not in my name.
Iam mentally being harrased and would like to take up this matter to Consumer Court and TRAI for cancellation of the license of AIRTEL.They are using moneypower and goondapower to harrass the poor customers.

Please find my CEF number for Airtel Broadband- 3039703. On Saturday Your executive visited at my residence for collecting money and document for the new connection of Airtel Broadband,
I have gave my photograph, PAN card and voter card ID with Rs 500/-. Today I have got the msg from airtel stating that we are currently unable to process you request. (Ref No 6408246) due to non coverage of your area.
Kindly Refund my 500/- Rs and my document, I cannot accept this from airtel, they could have check it before collecting my money and document,

I had one broadband connection which no. is 0141-4023313, Account no.15069098. I have logged a complaint (8909504) on 27 Dec 2011 against disconnection of my broadband and phone line, Because of high bill issue(I had complaint against that on 121, because As par my Lan card send receive is not match with your bill usages because that broadband connected with single Server Machine. But nobody came from Airtel to check). I am only the person who is continually mailing regarding resolving bill issue. Every time I mailed to 121@airtel.in and 121@in.airtel.com but reply is not coming soon, after every 2 or 3 follow up mail, I get response from Airtel. After long time, your CSA "New Guru Associate"(Executive-Shweta Sharma) contact to me and settled bill with Rs 10000/- Against outstanding Rs. 27214/- . I received settlement mail also from New Guru Associate.
But every time new CSA persons came to me then I get discuss with Shweta sharma (New Guru Associate Executive). She talked to every person, who came to me. And later they did not came to me again. But before 4 days ago I got legal notice from airtel.
Why legal notice is sent to me? when I have already settled my broadband bill. I have all conversation mails, which I sent to Shweta Sharma (Every time I CC to 121). If New Guru Associate is not belong to Airtel, then 121 should be confirmed me about this.
Please do not enforce me to take hard Action.

on 30/12/2012 at 1.05am i recieved a message from Airtel through AD-54321 that i have choosen MKR_30 service on my mobile to which i never suscribed. They charged me Rs 30 for it immediatly. Sir i hope u will look in this matter as soon as possible as no such service was suscribed by me at any time and my amount be returened back. My number is 9871150440 airtel delhi

I m sorry to say that Airtel is not as before, very poor response towards the customer complaints. My name is Saurabh tiwari, i stay in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. My no.is 9589311170. i am using Airtel service last 3 years. bt some few days per day i lost my balance. 19.03.2012 ko time 12:09 PM mere no. me sheroshayari service activate kr di gayi aur 03 Rs. charge kr liye gaye jabki us waqt mera mobile tabel per rakha hua tha aur mai Computer pr work kr rha tha .. n m not press any key ... na hi koi call aaya. then i call custmer care to unke dwara kha gaya ki 04 hour me aapke Rs. return ho jayenge per nhi hue. my request reference no. is CSHWC20322318815. Again after some days they alerts jobss service in my no. and charge 1.5 Rs. when i want to call custmer care they disconceted my no. and again charge 01 Rs. for IPL alerts... aur mera call custmer care se disconected kr diya gaya. i also mail Nodel officer bhopal region bt no one here my complaint/request.
After that called up customer care several time no response. my call is disconected.
Please sir help me. if u cant help me i have PORT my no. for another service & i also go consumer court aganist AIRTEL.
It is really a shame, on the part of the Management, to dupe Corporate Clients in this manner.

If you have chance please listen the all the voice recorded message when customer speaks to your representative...
If I am not receving any response I am really want to report the same in court... Its not joke I will sue complaint against this industry.

i have an airtel connection running at home.Mothly charges are rs 500 with unlimited pack scheme.When the connection was installed .Your representative had said that it is fixed tarrif scheme of rs 500 per month all inclusive taxes till this connection persists.But it is an illegal matter that your company is changing the plan all of a sudden(limited 5GB only) that too without prior notice. On filling a complaint with the customer care in place of helping they misbehaved. We use Airtel not only for internet but all our mobile connections too are airtel. We have been your customers for over a decade. I believe that the customers are you priority so i would be great if look into the matter and make sure we get what we were promised and stop the unfair trade practice.

I am copmpelled to write this mail today because of the immense trouble caused by your sales executives who are extremely inefficient and unable to resolve any of our problems. In spite of spending multiple days trying to get a solution to my problem all that i get to hear is that they will register my complaint. Saying that they are transferring call to their senior, they just disappear keeping us on hold for long durations of time. Even if we leave the financial aspect of my problem, does my time have no value in your eyes? I have been continualy following up with your sales people for the last 10 days and finally when 1 was resolved another problem has sprung up with again no proper reply or help from your sales people.
I hope my problem will be adressed quickly without any further delay.

Dear Sir,
In spite of so many call and complain, your entire team is just paying with your system and the customer is getting sufferer.
The development is:
1. No one in the customer care is attending the call, just saying thanks and cutting the call, or the system is so bad the call is getting cut, or the people are so cleaver that just increasing the no. of calls they are making and fooling your esteemed system.
2. You are giving false claim that your people are afraid of comming to Sector 21, Kharghar because they assume that they will be beaten by local people. Please note, your people may be right either they have cheated a number of people in this area or connected with anti social groups or due to your extreme poor service they are expecting good treatment from the area or even they actually on leave, just fooling you around.
3. I have paid in advance and still can not use your service since mid of June 2012, though it is recorded from 22nd June 2012. Hence not only just for compensesion, we will go for consumer right and all possible ethical, social and media way to expose the level of service you are providing.
I do not like to extend my time frame, if I see so senior person is going to take the action except the parroting style readymade words, just see what a common man can do.
I do request to all other service provider also to provide good service, because my small and modest action may cost you dear.

Dear Mr Sunil Mittal,
I had taken an AIRTEL broadband connection(No. 9963007784) in Jun 2012. I used it for one month and recharged it with an amount of Rs 450/-. After using it for just one day, your people deactivated it saying that my address details are not available. I promptly submitted the details at your Relationship Centre at Begumpet(Tel.9849445445) on 02 Jul but have not received any favourable response so far. People manning your tollfree nos. 121/198 have been incompetent, irresponsible and useless and have only managed to waste my time. I complained to the nodal officer who has not even bothered to respond. My official complaint(No.LB070700075) also remains unanswered.
My experience indicates that AIRTEL has become too complacent and arrogant and has started resorting to unethical and cheating practices. Please act soon to prevent your company from sinking in the near future.

My Broadband Internet connection of UPE circle with Account Number 14626135 is not yet disconnected despite given multiple requests since 18th May '12 (2 months from today) and i am getting bills again and again every month. I have also received multiple calls from their executives for confirmation and which i have properly given for permanent disconnection.
Then this fraud activity is happening for charging churned subscribers.

Dear Mr Sunil,
I have been using mobile No 9001090376 at Jaipur for the past over three years my monthly bill has hardly exceeded 600/ to 700/-. To my surprise my bill for the month of Jun 2012 has come Rs 2942.94. I had lodged a complaint for this vide complaint No - 44800928 dated 18Jul 12.
On enquiry I have been told that the billing is high because you have used various down loads. To my utter surprise since I donot have any internet connection on the mobile nor have I ever applied for it, with out this how is it possible to download any thing is beyond my imagination.
I have never applied or done any SMS seeking these facilities.I feel this is an out right case of wrong/incorrect billing. Please instruct the concerned staff to rectify the bill at the earliest, so that I can clear the same.
I would be compelled to seek redressal through legal means if the same is NOT resolved in a fortnights time.

Airtel is a cheater and same is Sunil Mittal (If not he will resolve tmy issue below).
I bought a Sony phone from Reliance Digital on 8th July2012, at Shipra Mall and one sticker on the box says "Free data usage of 500 MB each month for 3 month as soon as I insert my 1st Airtel SIM". The service will activate within 48 hours of inserting the SIM. I verified this with Reliance Digital at Shipra Mall person and he confirmed this. When the service was not activate after 48 hours I called Airtel 198, the person said, I have to buy another new SIM and insert in the phone. I checked with Reliance and other vendor for the same phone model, they said it is absurd and wrong. Any SIM would work. So I called Airtel 198 again and a Lady told confirming the same that current SIM will work and she logged a ticket #30722520793 promising to resolve my issue within 48 hour. After 48 hour, I got a sms saying that the ticket is resolved and they tried to call me but failed. So, I called Airtel 198 again, and to my surprise the Supervisor Harminder Singh informed me that the scheme is not valid for my phone as the scheme starts on 20th July and I need to contact Reliance Digital for this. Reliance Digital says, the Box has the sticket from Sony Company and Airtel has to provide the Service, and they cannot do much about this. Harminder Singh, Airtel Helpdesk Supervisor, told me he will get his supervisor to call me after checking all my call details to the Airtel helpdesk, but there was no call back.

M and infact all of my couligue are facing same N/w issue in all over mumbai. Hardly 1-2 signal bar in my home and office (Siemens Ltd., Worli). M escalling this matter to your customer care team since last 2-3 months. Without resolving issue how you can close it from system??? Airtel is a veri idiot compnay, cheating peoples on the name. M using Airtel since past 6+ years and earlier was a no.1 fan of Airtel but at todays date I CAN ONLY SAY DONT PREFER AIRTEL. Also on todays date my outgoing is disconnected due to o/s. But why should i pay if m not getting service?? M paying rental fee for Airtel as well as BBM and allways have to depend on other service provider like Vodadfone due to n/w issues of Airtel. M not going to pay any o/s dues further in any of case. The service is disconnected since 2 days. Also m putting this case in consumer protection. Since last 4-5 months we are facing this n/w issues but every time we get msg that it will be resolved or it got resolved but the result is zero. I am getting 4-5 calls every day from Airtel on payment part and every time i need to tell the issue that m facing. I am 100% taking this matter to court on harshing me on personal level as well as financially and need compensation. We escalled this to our corporate level and soon the Airtel service will be completly discontinued from our corporate sector and on todays date we can say VODAFONE is the BEST mobile service provider than Airtel.

Dear Mr Sunil Mittal,
I have been an Airtel Customer for the past 15 years. My May '12 Bill (due to be paid by 12th June '12) was delayed since I was travelling and the cheque was deposited on 20th June, 2012. The cheque was cleared from our bank on 25th June, 2012. However, I kept getting payment follow up calls and sms from Airtel despite the fact I called up customer care many times and scanned my bank statement and mailed it to Airtel (123@in.airtel.com) several times.
I kept on requesting the customer care that someone senior from Airtel should talk to me but did not receive any calls from any senior person in Airtel. I asked customer care to give me the name and contact of the Airtel customer care head, but they refused to give me any name or contact.
As of 27th June, 2012, Airtel blocked my outgoing calls due to non-payment of the above bill.
When my office accountant went to Airtel Customer care (at M block market, Greater Kailash - Part II, New Delhi) yesterday, he was informed that I need to deposit cash for the above referred to bill only then my outgoing will be restored!
I am writing to you as a last resort and if this does not get resolved immediately, I will not have any other alternative than going to consumer court, Looking for a response from your office.

My DTH (3000095587) is not working since 28 July 2012 and I called atleast 7-8 times to Airtell call center for resolution and every one has assured me that engineer would visit my home. It is more than 10 days and I am still waiting for airtel engineer to visit and resolve the issue.
Disgusting customer service... above all i got SMS from airtel informing that my connection has been cut on 7th August as my validity period has expired on 7th August...
cool customer service... If Airtel DTH maintains such customer resolution attitude very soon Airtell will be out of market.
