Dear Sir.
I have a PCO/STD at shop. I recharge it with minimum Rs.2500/- but I have seen that call charge for local is more than Rs.1/- and STD charges also is more than Rs.1/-. Public demand is Local/STD charges must be Rs.1/-. I want to convert my telephone no. into Rs.1/- plan for both. If any scheme is in operation kindly convert my no. Rs. 1/ plan. My number is [protected]

Sir /Madam,
My name is Miss Ramya Krishnan and my no. is [protected]. For a 1 min 30 sec call I am being charged for 1hr 30mins in my Dec'10-Jan'11 bill (Bill No.[protected]. Call charges are Rs12/min. Two calls were made on the same day. One at 8:39:18am and another at 8:40:32am to 5664474 on the 1st of Jan 2011. The 1st call was charged Rs1080 for 1hr 30 mins. The 2nd call was charged Rs36 for 2 mins 37 sec. Thought the difference in time between both the calls is 1min 12sec. Excess charges are been charged to me. It is also not possible to have both the calls simultaneously on without call conference. For which I was not charged any call charges. I have made complaints for the same which was registered with reference nos.35288500 on 14 Jan 2011 and 35323364 on 17 Jan 2011.The bill was generated on 12 Jan 2011. I was given a rebate of Rs36 only. I am not happy with the way the situation was handled. Please reimburse the excess charge along with the tax charged.
Regards,
Ramya Krishnan

Airtel — excess charges on 1 minute call
i am charged 1 rupees for call time of 59 seconds but as it ends on 1.00 minutes or say 60 seconds my pre paid is debited by 2 rupees. i think international norms of 1 minutes=60 seconds are not adheard by bharti airtel and their own laws are made by them as their customer care executives say that i[censored] count from zero 59 seconds make 1 minutes. this reason is beyond imagination for a literate person.i think crores of rupees are made by the said company by robbing 1 rupee for 1 second from their crores of silent customers who have not either complained or did not observed this technical roberry by bharti airtel.
