[Resolved]  Airtel — Outgoing & Incoming Calls drop after 10 seconds automatically

I have tried to make calls from my Airtel Pre-paid Mobile No [protected]. The outgoing as well as incoming calls automatically gets dropped after 10 seconds. I have cheked with other Airtel subscribers, they have confirmed to have been facing similar problems since[protected]. Due to this the conversation is interrupted and if we try to call again we keep on facing line dropping problems again and again. Each time we call the balance gets reduced even though the conversation has just initiated. I feel Airtel should refund fully the debited call charges forthwith, because either there is a Network failure at their end or else it is due to some ulterior motive to recover extra revenue from the prepaid customers.

I appeal you please take up the matter with Airtel Nodal Officers, Mumbai or the Appropriate Authority and resolve the problem at the earliest
