Airtel — Hungama pack

On 3 march rs 99 has been deducted from my account for hungama pack which i have not activated . I called customer care they stopped the service on 4 th and assured that my money would be given back in four hours but i havent recieved my money still ... Pls refund my money As soon as possible im in need of it ...tanks in advance
