Airtel New Net Connection — Airtel Employee giving fake statement | |||
I raise request in JustDial for 3G Connection, After sometime one airtel employee(Saravanan - [protected]) called my mobile and said they provide DataCard and activate it in within 3 hours and they also said don’t give commitment to other one since I register in Just Dial. One guy from airtel come and collect my proof by 10:30AM and said activate by 3PM. I wait up to 5PM, and then called the above guy in phone but he not picks the call. Then after long time he pick and said get activated by 6.30pm. It’s now 9PM still they not activate my connection, and not provide the SIM to activate my Data card. Once they get money they escape. I doubt that this guy is working in airtel or some other fraud company. If they said it takes 24hrs for activation then I can wait, but why he tells 3 hours commitment and make spoil my whole day !!!! . I will never recommend airtel for my worker and airtel brand name getting spoil because of such one guy. I don’t know whether airtel take action on this or not but they are losing their brand name for giving false commitment to customer. For Airtel officers: Please ask your Employee to attend customer call, though they not meet their requirement. I call that above guy (Saravanan-[protected]) from 8.30PM to 9PM, but he never picks my call. He told me that he is airtel employee and I don’t know he is agent or not.
