Sir,
I am using AIRTEL 3G Datacard since 3 months . Suddenly it has stopped , providing 3G access to my datacard . The data is charged in the 3G package but giving access in 2G . I have also registered complaint to AIRTEL , there is no reply from them . I have tried through customer care those people skipping by saying that we dont belongs to that department.It is also charging money to take a complaint.I have also been to the Airtel service centre located at chrompet even though the problem is not solved.
