I made a complaint regarding price hike without prior intimation and signal loss resulting only limited channels to view about 1 and a half month back approx in Aitrel Digital TV customer care however no resolution has been provided yet and the problem is still there. After making no. of complaints to customer care and their nodal office only the assurance was provided but nothing has been done yet. I found Airtel digital service the most pathetic service in the market and most inefficient management I have seen ever. Worthless customer service with no proper knowledge and customer handling skills. For last 4-5 days we are unable to view a single channel, inspite of making no. of complaints nobody bothered to rectify the problem. We are deprived of watching TV which is the only entertainment source and my daughter asks me everybody about it. I am really disappointed, annoyed and frustrated with Airtel services their management and staff. Was this information helpful? |
