THIS TO BRING TO YOUR NOTICE THAT I HAVE BEEN A LOYAL CUSTOMER OF AIRTEL FROM PAST 10 YEARS BT HAVE BEEN FACING A PROBLEM FROM PAST TWO MONTHS
I HAVE A PREPAID A/C NO.[protected] AND THE SERVCES OF MY MOBILE PHONE HAS BEEN BARRED BOTH INCOMING AND OUTGOING THE REASON BEHIND THIS IS THAT THE SO CALLED MY BROTHER MR.GAURAV MEHTA WHO HAD A POST PAID NO.[protected] HAS BY ANY REASON UNABLE TO PAY AN AMOUNT OF RS 2000/ APPROX, SINCE THE BILLING ADDRESS IS THE SAME BUT BOTH THE NOS.ARE IN TWO DIFFERENT NAMES MY SERVICES HAVE BEEN BARRED
NOW IN WHICH RULE BOOK OF YOURS IS IT WRITTEN THAT IF ONE INDIVIDUAL HAS FAILED TO PAY HIS OUTSTANDINGS, THE TELEPHONE LINES OF ANOTHER INDIVIDUAL WILL BE BARRED JUST FOR THE REASON THAT HE IS MY BROTHER AND THE BILLING ADDRESS IS THE SAME AND MOREOVER BEFORE GIVING HIM THE SERVCES DID THE COMPANY TOOK MY WRITTEN DOCUMENT FROM ME TO AUTHORISE MY BROTHER TO GET HIS POSTPAID NO. AND DID U PEOPLE EVER TOOK A WRITTEN DOCUMENT THAT IF HE FAILS TO PAY THE AMOUNT I WILL BE LIABLE TO PAY THE AMOUNT OUTSTANDING IN HIS NAME WITH WHOM I HAVE NO RELATIONS FROM PAST 2 YEARS
I HAVE BEEN REQUESTING YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TO ACTVATE MY SERVICES BUT THEY HAVE NOT PAID ANY HEED TO IT SO AT LAST I AM MAILING U TO PLEASE
PAY AN ATTENTION TO MY MY PROBLEM AND PROVIDE ME SOME RELIEF
AND I WLD REALLY LOOK FORWARD FOR YOUR REPLY AS IT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE FORM THE HIGHEST TELECOMMUNICATION PROVIDER OF INDIA

AirTel — not satisfied with airtel
i m not satisfied with airtelwith just one touch at airtel live in our mobile at ringtones we faced a loss of 30 rupees.
they donot even ask any question weather we want ringtone yes or no.
for any enquiry they asked alot of questions but just a by chance touch of airtel live we faced loss.
customer care exicutives are also not aware aboubt the airtel services.
i m not satisfied so i will stop using airtel and advice my friends for the same.
