[Resolved] Airtel Online 3G Internet Recharge — Airtel Recharge Unsuccessful but still amount deducted twice from my sbi credit card | |||
Please note that I had tried to recharge my mobile number - [protected] today (7th September 2012 - Morning ) through your website https://pay.airtel.com/PrepaidOnlineRecharge/mobileRecharge.jsp. The transaction failed but yet the amount was deducted TWICE from my SBI credit card - Total 900 INR. from my SBI credit Card. The recharge amount for which I tried to recharge was - 3G Internet Recharge - 450 INR. But the Surprising thing is that the amount was deducted TWICE from my SBI credit card - Total 900 INR. Your customer care asked me to contact the bank. I am totally confused. Please do the needful to refund the amount ASAP - Kindly check the attached screenshot - of my SBI credit card transaction list for further clarification.
