[Resolved]  Airtel Online Recharge — Not Recharge

Sir / Madam,
I made payment of 50 through my icicibank internet banking on 01-Dec-2011. I got message that Transaction recharge for Rs.50 for hyderabad number [protected] due to this package not subscribed to your account. contact customer care. I called to customer care they ask my number to get back to me but i didn't received any call from them till then. And amount has deducted from my bank account.
I would like to inform you that this amount recharge i have been doing past 4months and this is not for the first time.
Please find below transaction reference:
Bil/[protected]/Airtel Recharge/910927

This only reference i had for my transaction which i made.
So, kindly go throw my complaint and try to resolve as soon as you can.
